The RCA gas photodiode, 100V max/90V typ., S-4 response photodetectors in cartridge format, MIL/Industrial grade tube. Used in sound reproduction from film and many other applications. 400nm maximum response (4000 angstroms). Made in the United States. A very hard to find item.
