This is a used 600 ohm attenuator designed for use between DC and 1mHz. One dial provides 1 db steps between 0 and 10db, the other is 10db steps from 0 to 100db. Max power is 5 watts or 55 volts. A quick test shows level steps to be correct. Some scratches and tape residue. Last one of these.
