* All items are sent with a proof of posting.
* You can request to have goods sent by recorded delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost.
* We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends).
* Goods are sent in the cheapest way, normally second class unless you select otherwise.
* If your item is returned to me as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.
* If item has not been received within 10 working days please contact total trading.
* Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described.
* If an item is faulty Total Trading should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange. This does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
* Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
* Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 7 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.
