Specially designed to hold rappelling rope for special operations uses. Hook and Loop closure on strap secures bag to leg. Handy outside pouch holds extra needed equipment. Designed to hold up to 75 feet of 7/16†rappel line. Measures approximately 6.5" in diameter by 14" high.
