Condition: Unfortunately, Poor. Inside pages are mostly clean and fine. However, covers are separated from pages, & there are tears & small holes all along binding edge of pages. Some of beginning (& ending pages) are loose. Staples are rusty. Tops of several pages (plus covers) are ragged and have small pieces missing.
