The thrift store received a group of meters by donation, so there is no information regarding the history of these items. These meters come with extras. Both meters seem in good working order (the parts move smoothly). On the side next to the serial number it says, 800SMZ. On one meter the 800SMZ lettering is warn away. The serial numbers on the sides are 00100104 on the scratched meter and 00100072 on the unscratched meter. Both meters are labeled made in Germany. There are no other scratches or dings on the meters. The holding posts as you can see show much wear. The two champs are different. One has a pole clamp and one does not. A number is scratched onto the top of one of the black clamp screws.
