USED: Hose extrusion line consisting of (1) Plasti Program 1.5" single screw extruder, approximate 24:1 L/D. Electrically heated, air cooled 3 zone non-vented barrel. Water cooled feed with hopper, approximate 42" centerline height. Driven by a 15 hp, 3/60/380/460 volt, 1755 rpm motor with gearbox, ratio 14:1. Control panel with Barber Coleman controllers. (1) 3" wide x 12" long single belt puller with 2 top wheels, 1/2 hp DC gearmotor, (1) 2" wide x 12" long V shaped belt puller, 3/4 hp DC gearmotor, (1) L Lunardon winding station, (1) 90" long water bath, (1) 120" long water bath and (1) hose winder cart.
