This is a used barrel de-header / opener. It is used to quickly and safely remove the top of metal drums. Offers no-spark opening. It is used but is still in excellent condition and works excellent. Used properly, it will neatly cut the top off of metal drums in only a few minutes. The cutting blade is still sharp.
