The Agilent E5373A Elastomeric Probe Adapter is for 160-pin, 0.65 mm Pitch PQFP/CQFP processors. Agilent Elastomeric probe adapters offer a simple means of connecting to PQFP and TQFP packages with minimal "keep out" area. The rugged elastomer material makes redundant contact with each pin, ensuring a trouble-free electrical and mechanical connection.
