I'm selling lot of 20 new Tesla MHB2716C Erasable EPROMs (2048x8) which are clones of Intel I2716. You can see a white military marking at the pictures which means the chips have been specially tested by the Czech army. It gives the highest quality to the products. ICs have been never used even they were produced in the early 1980's, they are protected by the conductive packaging. The components were carefully stocked all the years.
Tesla MHB2716 is a full equivalent to: C2716, D2716 or M2716 by Intel, AM2716 by AMD, MCY7716, CM7716, or to any other 2716 EPROM. Speed: 420 ns.
EEPROM Package: ceramic DIL-24 with window and the gold-plated pins and the window cover. Temperature range: -55°C .... 150°C. This is a great item for chip collectors. The price is for 20 EPROM chips (20 pcs).
