Here we go again... A returning friend is selling some of his parent's household and collectible items as his father has moved to smaller living quarters at this point in his life. These items are quality vintage items, some from his previous career tracks, and all are well kept and clean, and represent some names of makers you will recognize! Many items are brand new, but old. Items include glassware, tools, ceramics, household items (even large antique furniture pieces), and misc. collectibles. All are described to the best of our ability in consultation with the owner, selling on a no reserve sale, and selling one time only - a neat opportunity!
This item is an odd one. This is a brand new set of vintage Elec-Trak/Wheel Horse riding lawnmower mowing blades for various models of this type of mower. The blades are not marked, blades are brand new, and include a set of three new and sharp blades. The paint on these and steel have some light surface rust and pitting (light) from strorage for years (the blade sharp part is fine and will cut fine, just not the prettiest new blades). Without knowing what model they fit, the size is 14 inches long, 2 inches wide, about a 1/4 of an inch thick and have three pre-drilled holes in the middle, my guess is two sit in pins to hold it and the middle one bolts onto a shaft or bearing mount. There is a slight offset to these blades meaning that the cutting surface looks to drop down about a 1/4 of an inch from the level that the blade mounts at - same as other blades I had listed earlier, just with a slight offset.
