This floor machine use to work great. Then the motor got tired so I purchased a brand new motor for around $700.00 and installed it. However there are also 2 relays in there and 1 of them needs replaced for the machine to operate properly. The new motor has never been ran. So with a few bucks for a new relay and a little work you will have a like new buffer. Has a switch to select between the 700 rpms or the 1500. The pad driver and screw on pad disc are in great shape too.
