This is an Onan motor mount kit. P/N 542-0455, it is called a motor home accessory kit. Should work for many various applications. You get what you see in the pictures. Please look carefully because the hardware kit doesn't have four of everything. I have a good stock of these and they are all the same. Please note that there are 3 regular small lock washers and then 2 other types of lock washers.
The main items include the 4 big rubber mounts that are 2-3/4" diameter at the base and 2-3/8" overall length. The smaller hole on the bottom is 9/16" diameter and the larger opening on the top is 13/16" diameter. The 4 black washers at the top of the picture are also rubber.
The 4 carriage bolts are 3-5/8" long and 3/8' diameter.
