This listing is for a very nice Parker pneumatic cylinder. It is NEW, but does have a few very minor scratches on it from being in storage. It features a 4 inch bore,
and an 18 inch stroke length. The case and end caps are of very heavy duty all aluminum construction. It also features adjustable "cushion" devices to prevent
hard bottoming at the end of the extend or retract cycle. The rod diameter is 1 inch and has 3/4" fine threads on the end. This rod is steel and is precision
machined with very tough chrome alloy plating. The internal piston does not require any lubrication, and features a magnetic ring for use with positioning sensor
applications. The maximum working pressure is 250 P.S.I. The operating ports are 1/2" female NPT. This particular size of cylinder is perfect for the do-it-
yourselfer that may have a shop and would like to construct a "lift table" or some other device of that nature. For your convenience I am listing the force developed
at a given air supply pressure.
50 PSI - 628 lbs. (extend) and 589 lbs. (retract)
100 PSI - 1257 lbs. (extend) and 1178 lbs. (retract)
150 PSI - 1886 lbs. (extend) and 1786 lbs. (retract)
