Molybdenum can withstand extreme temperatures and keep its strength and stiffness at high temperatures. The melting point of Molybdenum is 2623°C. It has good thermal conductivity and lower thermal expansion. Molybdenum provides excellent corrosion resistance that is similar to tungsten.
