The Examiner 1000M is a rugged vibration meter/data collector built to fulfill the needs for the daily needs of a Predicitive Maintenance program in all kinds of rotating machinery and is ideal for:-
AC/DC Motor Pumps Gearboxes Compressors Fans etc.
Overall vibration measurements in Velocity, Acceleration & Displacement in Metric and Imperial units (0 -Peak, Peak-Peak and RMS). Selection is from the icon driven keyboard and screen.
The instrument will store upto 1000 points of data which can be downloaded/uploaded through a RS-232C port to a PC with software included.
the Ontime CM program is a time trending software package that is simple to use, graphically designed for complete condition based maintenance. ISO Alarm levels can be set and instantly seen if violated. Users can also build multiple databases.
