The Southwest Microwave 2.92 mm connector has been designed for field systems use up to 40.0 GHz.
These designs are to supersede and replace Anritsu "K connectors" which are intended for laboratory test environments.
The Southwest Microwave connector is internally different from the Anritsu design, but fits into the same mounting
configuration, and offers higher temperature, solvent resistance, and unitized factory assemblies.
