This closed end baler is designed for ease of installation, operation and maintenance. They operate automatically or manually with photo electric cell control. Optional custom engineered feed conveyers, and cart dumper systems efficiently control baler feed rates for optimum performance in a complete baling system.
Standard Features Include: Programmable logic controllers for trouble free operation, modular hydraulic power unit for easy maintenance, adjustable hardened steel shear system, automatic bale eject.
This baler is designed for waste paper, OCC, news print, office white, plastics, foam rubber, light aluminum and other recyclables. This baler is perfect for Grocery Stores, Recycling Centers, Manufacturers, Distribution Centers and more. This baler will produce an OCC bale weight of 1,100lbs, and plastics of 850lbs
This baler comes with a 7" cyclinder with a 54" stroke and a cycle time of 25 seconds.
