USED: Acme kettle, 100 gallon, 316 stainless steel, vertical. 28" diameter x 35" straight side, open top with a 1-piece hinged cover, dish bottom. 304 stainless steel jacket rated 110 psi at 325 deg F, 1/2" diameter bottom internal coil assembly, approx 16 turns (no rating). Openings: top 1-1/2" NPT, 2" tri-clamp, 3" tri-clamp. Approx 1-1/2" sanitary threaded center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with forklift entry.
