This is an Endo model EW-3 Tool Balancer in excellent working condition. Cable length is 1.3 meters (4.3 ft.) The weight range is from 1 to 3 kilos (2.2 to 6.6 lbs.).
Excellent solution to repetitive stress of using a heavy tool all day. Just suspend the tool on this and remove most of the weight from your hands.
