MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION: All steel construction includes 12 gauge interior walls and 14 gauge exterior walls. Integrated framing and structural members ensure toughness.

INSULATION: 3" – 6# mineral wool insulation
HEATING MEDIUM: Electricity (water heater is top mounted) / Steam - inlet and outlet on back. This is a bi-heating unit! It is configured to heat with steam, and is still able to do that. It also has a top mounted 110v water heater and circulation system that easily will heat the interior to 125 degrees and more. Email me for further details!
TEMPERATURE RANGE: Room temperature to 350°F with steam / Room temp. to 125+ with 110volts
SPILL CONTAINMENT PAN: 55 gallon capacity
