Upon power up the LED counter display worked in all three positions and the power light came on. It did not power on or start to run when we depressed the “start†button. We do not know why, no further testing was done, since we do not have the resources to test it. The cover does not completely close due to the additional equipment on the left-hand side. There is some surface rust and the belt is old and crumbly.
