* Machined from 12L14 steel and mil spec back oxide finished.
* Look at the Finite Element Analysis report that proved our steel end mill holders have less than 1/3 the deflection of the aluminum holder others sell. This is because it is not the strength that counts, but the modulus of elasticity and steel is almost 3 times stiffer.
* We make our end mill holders with the shortest length required for each cutter size instead of using the longest length for all versions. This gives you the maximum rigidity possible for each size.
* Hex wrench flats so you can use a standard 7/8" wrench. With our steel construction you don't need a special aluminum wrench to avoid damaging the holder.
