You are looking at a Quick Disconnect Tractor PTO yoke. It is a Weasler brand. The number on it is 102-3506. The Weasler series is 35.
The Neapco number is 22-2312. The Neapco series is 2200.
It is a 1-3/8 - 6 spline yoke.
It has some surface rust, which I show in the second picture. This should not affect its running abilities.
Otherwise it is in good condition.
