South bend 13" lathe taper attachment
Taper attachment assy. This is a very complete setup including the 2 pc telescopic screw and nut. The only part missing is the bottom plate for the bed clamp and the bolt that goes in it. This is easily made from a pc of stock with a threaded hole in it. Even includes the bolts for attaching to your cross slide and saddle. The screw/nut had aprox 60thous lash on it when it was installed on the machine. Now for the nit-picking.: The lock on the dial has a non-original screw. Some dings on the sliding surfaces as pictured. The handle assy is missing the small spinner and the nut behind it for install is a bit rounded. See photos for more details of condition, etc..
