These set screws provide fast, permanent location of parts on shafts. The depression in the end of the screw reduces the area in contact with the surface, increasing holding power under pressure.
CONDITIONS AND NOS: Sometimes NOS (NEW OLD STOCK) items can be very old and although they are new can have slight imperfections in them. This may because of the way they were made years ago or may have slight imperfections, bruises, scuffs or minor dings from being moved around the shelving over the years with other items bumping into them.
