* Description: The Keithley 619, Dual Channel Electrometer / Multimeter, is designed and optimized to perform the tasks of measuring V, I and ohms in an automatic system. It performs all sub-tasks related to its mission without imposing constraints on the controller. The Keithley 619, Dual Channel Electrometer / Multimeter, is more flexible. It is genuinely expandable. Configured as a single-channel, precision bench electrometer/mulitmeter, it offers you sensitivity and convenience unmatched by comparably priced instruments. Other features and specifications of the Keithley 619 Electrometer include:
* 10 mohms to 2 Tohms with lab standard accuracy
* Two independent, separately programmable 5 1/2-digit measurement channels each with:
* 10 mohm DC sensitivities
