The Speedglas SL welding helmet sets a new standard for comfort and lightweight performance. It's our lightest helmet ever, weighing 25% less than other Speedglas helmets. The SL helmet features a completely new headband with a 4-position back and forth adjustment, which allows for more custom fit. a one-handed, easy squees adjustor in back and a uniquely engineered, flexible structure help the headband conform to best fit your head.
LESS WEIGHT, SAME SPEEDGLAS QUALITY
The SL (super light) still provides legendary Speedglass performance, with an auto-darkening filter featuring a light state shade 3 and a dark shade range of 8-12 for use with all arc welding processes. Plus the ADF incorporates a patended auto on/off motion sensing technology that turns on the arc detection circuit the instant it is handled. In addition, the ADF batteries are replacable unkike many competitive ADF's which must be discarded when their battries are depleted.
