Generac 200 amp automatic transfer switch
These transfer switches are used exclusivley with the Generac or Guardian air-cooled and liquid-cooled models from 7kW to 60kW. Generac RTS automatic transfer switches are designed to operate with the Generac R-100 control used on the 1.5, 2.5,3.0 and 3.9 liter QT series gaseous generators. The transfer switches are UL 1008 listed for standby operation.
The standard 100 - 400 amp transfer switch is housed in a steel NEMA 3R enclosure, with electrostatically applied powderpaint. The Heavy Duty contactor is a UL recognized device, designed for years of service. The connection between the RTS and the Generator control is 7- # 14 wires. The service entrance rated transfer switches have a UL listed Mainline circuit breaker ahead of the transfer switch for full downstream protection.
