For demanding applications, the Spoolmatic 30 feeder gun offers optimum performance for aluminum repair work in job shops and auto body repair work. Engineered for operator comfort, the Spoolmatic 30A gives you the portability and 30 ft (9 m) cable assembly to access those hard-to-reach welds.
Rated at 200 amps and 100% duty cycle, the gun has the muscle to handle tough production schedules.

Cable Cover 30 ft - Protects hoses and cables. Feature nonconductive zipper and is easily removed if necessary. 30 ft (9 m) standard length can be cut to size.
SX Flex Head Kit - For .030-1/16 in wire. Used in place of the standard straight barrel. Flexible head tube bends 60 degrees in any direction for easier joint access and improved operator comfort. Comes with two Teflon liners and one contact tip for each wire size listed.
SX-A 50-Degree Curved Barrels 6 in (152 mm) - Used with .030-1/16 in (0.8-1.6 mm) wire. Kits supplied with two liners that accommodate all wire sizes.
Spare Spool Canister - Canister accommodates 4 in (102 mm) spools of wire. Can be loaded with other popular wires to save time in changeover.
Spoolmatic 30A Extension Hose and Cable Kit - 25 ft - Extends leads, etc. between Spoolmatic 30A gun and power source.

WC-115A Weld Control without Contactor - Operates on 115 VAC input power, and is designed primarily for CC/DC power sources. It can also be used with CV power sources or DC engine drives supplying 115 VAC. When used with a CC source, the control circuit functions in a voltage-sensing mode.
WC-24 Weld Control - The WC-24 easily mounts directly on the power source. It's designed for use with Miller CV power sources supplying 24 VAC and 14-pin receptacles. Includes a board-mounted potentiometer that can alter motor acceleration rate to optimize arc starting.
