Dadson model DS508CM gun drill, deep hole drill, 1985
1 - (used) DADSON Model DS 508CM gun drill having (2) gun drill units and (1) high pressure coolant system. Both spindles are 2 HP and have spring collet type chucks to hold the tool. The capacity is .078" to .50" diameter x 12" stroke. The feeds and spindle speeds are independent of each other. The coolant system has (2) 5 HP coolant pumps and provides up to 2000 PSI to each spindle. The slides are driven with SERVO motors and ball screws. Each unit is arranged with automatic lubrication. Manuals and many drills are included.
