The failure of Encore Tools & Equipment Inc. to invoice such taxes does not excuse the Purchaser from responsibility for paying necessary taxes.
Some machinery and equipment is located at Manufacturing Facilities. Most of the machinery and equipment located at these Facilities is disconnected and cannot be seen under power. Unless specifically listed in writing by Encore Tools & Equipment Inc., all machinery and equipment uses 3 Phase power.
